I've been noticing with this new system that the elderly are having difficulties.They don't understand the concept.It's like trying to explain how to send a text message.

Lot's of Italian's here,right from the old country.Their english is o.k.,but they are having difficulties.Mind you the average age of these people is about 75 yrs. old.
