It is a stock short block with stock dished pistons./ with a so called rv cam, dove heads and a Street master manifold. I built this engine about 3 years ago and finally got around to putting it into my 85 350 dually. This engine have less bottom end power and worse mileage than the 200,000 mile 460 that I pulled out and it was rather lacking on power. I use it to pull my modified tractor and below 65 its a dog. Ive found hills that I never knew were there with the old engine. The truck has always been on propane but will soon be going back to gas. HELP The truck is a 4 spd with 354 gears and like i said before The old engine hauled the tractor ok but not great.

I've had good luck with the Comp Cams 268H cam on the HD 460 engines I've built. Most of the F350 trucks I've redone had 4.10 gears, but the 3.54 should still be OK. I would pitch that Streetmaster intake for a Performer or even an early stock cast iron intake. Never had a bit of luck with a Streetmaster on a 460.
Pretty much stick with anything under 218 duration.. CompCams, CraneCams and others make a rather large selection; look around. I have an SSI Performance cam in my 460, from PAW, and I love it... but I also dont tow... lol Im running a 218/228@.050, lift is .509/.509.. I have a heap of torque after about 1800 rpm, peaks at 3500 rpm.. I dont know what RPM range you are towing in, but I hope this helps..
As for that intake, Scrap it. Go for either a Weiand Stealth dual-plane or an Edelbrock Performer. Im using the Stock intake, I find it gives me the low-end AND after I ported it flows well over 5000rpm..so if you are on a budget, dont put the stock intake out of mind.
Good luck..

14.29@103.8, 13-14 mpg heheheheheh
Check out a Comp Cams #34-228-4. I plugged this cam into the Desktop Dyno and it showed GOBS of torque from idle past 4000 RPM. I'll probably be using this one. I agree that you intake manifold is not helping you.
