I'm planning to replace the worn driver's door lock on my '98 F150 this weekend. (I bought a new one from the dealer and had a lockmith set it to my original key code).
I have a repair manual and I'm a fair mechanic, and the locksmith said it should be a pretty straightforward replacement once the door panel is off. Has anyone done this job and is there anything I should know before I start flinging wrenches?
Thanks in advance, Andy
