Fuel Filter
hi so i was trying replace my fuel filter and i cant figure out how these lines come undone from the filter, everyone tellse me just pull and ive tried and had other people who have changed them before try but it wont come, is there a secret?

They carry these tools at your local parts stores. Look for the one specific to Ford sizes. What size is the line? You'll need to know that when you go to get the tool. They are usually a 2-piece tool that goes around the line and then slides into the filter releasing it. Watch out for any pressure in the lines, and wear some safety glasses (speaking from experience).

I hope you haven't pulled too hard on the lines, you can bend the little clips inside and it makes getting the filter out a REAL PITA! Had that happen on my old 92 F250 once, I'll never let it happen again!
