2001 Expedition misfire

Hey guys,

My Expedition started to misfire this morning. I just changed my thermostat the other night and I have not driven it much since then. I'm wondering if when I changed the thermostat I got some antifreeze down in the plug holes, do you think that this would cause the misfire?

Yes, it can cause a misfire.
