Ok guys I have no clue as to how to start explanining this but here I go. My truck makes a sucking noise thats comes out the exaust you can feel it in the truck it will lose about 100 rpm then pull right back up now this keeps going for a while at first it only seem to do it whne the temp was low but now it seem to do it more and more. Its not throwing any codes except the camshaft sensor. Has any one ever delt with something similar b4 any help is much appreciated
As SolidGround said, that's just EBPV (exhaust back pressure valve). If it seem to be getting a little worse, you may need to clean the tube to/and the sensor. Follow this link for that info:
Also take a peek at your turbocharger up pipes. If you see any soot by the coupler flanges you'll soon lose performance and mileage as it worsens. My EBPV would stay on longer and take more throttle to disengage as my up pipe leaks got worse. There's a write up on that on at Guzzle's web page.
I replaced the EBPV sensor and cleaned the tube. When I stick my hand down by the pipe I get what looks like oil on my hand when its just at a idle Im not sure if thats normal or not.
