You can, the larger spring will have a little more arch, and provide additional ride heigth, but keep in mind that you are now using a TTB front axle, so you will have to align the front end, and if you find some springs with a bunch of arch, you may not have enough camber adjustment. This will require a drop bracket for the axle pivot.
Little more to this than just throwing in larger leafs.
