shifting problem

I have a 92 f-150 It runs great and always shifted fine it has been sitting a couple of weeks and when i went to get in it to drive it today it won't shift out of first gear The fluid is full and clean HELP ME is there any vacuum lines or modulater valves on this tranny

as far as I know no vacuum lines-what kinda trans is it???

See if the detent cable(kickdown cable) is free. If it has set up the first time you pressed the gas it could have stuck that way. That could keep it in first.
