Help again

I have a 96 ford E-350 with a 7.3 powerstroke diesel here`s my problem when its cold it runs fine and when it warms up it starts lopping. I replaced the ecm because the glow plug circuit was bad and shortly after that is when this problem started i unpluged the icp and it runs fine and noticed oil around the icp and replaced it and when i pluged it in it lopes and runs fine.I hooked up a scan tool and no codes ran a koeo test and it test fine ran a koer and still fine.So i dont know what else to try.

Just to clarify you said that you unplugged the ICP and it runs fine then when you plug it back in after replacing it, it started loping again?

Initially it sounds like IPR o-rings to me.

If you just recently replace the ICP it take about 20-50 miles of highway driving to work the air out of the high pressure oil rails, be patient it should go away, drive for that distance and the check if it still lopes, and only when warm you need to replace o rings on the IPR.

no problem, so the problem is solved? Air in the rails from changing the ICP? Thanks for the update, and any time.
