It pretty much sets the hierarchy of rank.
Treasurer wont work. Money doesnt change hand. I like quad being my sgt at arms. thats the guy who dishes out the punishment and knows what going on.
Other good positions could include...XO - second in command Adjutant - reports possible hijack-able threads and a recruiter - we need more minions but they will be peon privates
