Will just about any machine shop notch a block for rod clearance For a stroker kit?

yes I would think so... look around online and read up on it...then go talk to them. it's easy to do with just a few tools. what block and kit are we talking here. the only one I have seen with heavy clearance problems was a 427 stroker.
