Hey guys Im not from Nebraska an was just curious where Ryan Fightingirishneverdie is he used to be very active on FTE but he hasnt been online sice Nov 2007. It seems kind off odd to me really. He has had some great posts. Including FTE folding at home. I hope hes alright just not on. I cant imagine him not checking in anymore since he was so active before. How abou Slmann he left the chapter an hasnt been back either. So anybody know anything. I think Ryan said he was from pleasant hill.MO if I remeber right.

Both are fine.

Ryan is from Pleasant Hill, Scott (slmann) is from somewhere just south of St. Louis...both are alive and well!

Not the ones with the "special ingredient" anyway.

Yeah, yeah, you ARE my bud! I couldn't leave you out.

So, my newest creations are:

Chocolate Chip Truffle: A rich chocolate truffle surrounded by a chocolate chip cookie. It's a different recipe of chocolate chip cookie than what you're used to. I couldn't get the old recipe to bake right with the truffle in the middle.

Fudge Turtle: Turtles are popular around here, so, if you remember the Fudge Macaroon I've made, I use the same Fudge Cookie recipe and roll caramel and pecans into the middle.

Fudge Peanut Butter: Again, same Fudge cookie, but now with Peanut Butter in the middle. My own special Peanut Butter Cup.

What sounds good Terry? One or more of the new onesor the ol' Chocolate Chip laced with a it of caramel or the Oatmeal Raisin loaded with butter?

I'll wait to hear.
