Fuse block draw

Fuse block draw
I have a draw in the fuse block underneath the hood of my 95 powerstroke 250. Fuse No. 8 (i believe its a 30 amp) has a short somewhere in its line i l believe. Does anyone know what this fuse corresponds to and if theres a likely cause for a short in that particular circuit. if i dont take it out when i leave the truck sit it will kill my battery but if i leave it out it wont start and it kills the engine when i take it out. i believe its for the injection pump but i could be wrong, thats just a first guess.
