egr disconnect

does anyone know if you can uplug the egr valve and plug it into a dummy just sitting on top the engine on a 6.4L?

for the price of a new EGR valve, you might as well as well just buy an SCT and turn the EGR operation off that way. and then you have power programming on top to boot... plus the EGR valve is BIG, do you really want that thing hanging around on top of your motor just zip tied out of the way ?? that looks pretty cheezie i think..

oh, and as far as the 6.4 goes, you'd probably be better off talking to matt at spartan for the right answer on that, he is knowledgable on the 6.0 and the 6.4 and has programming available for both.
