Strange, I could have sworn that I've seen that light self test before. Oh well guess I was wrong... Thanks guys. Rog I'll give that a shot and see what comes up. Then I'll be back Joe, thanks for the schematic! Bill thanks for the heads up on SS switch.

On the sensor itself.
As stated before. It has contacts (probes) in the filter housing.
The water itself is the conductor. #2 fuel has a higher resistance than water.
