power

hey again.
i own a 1991 ford f150, 302, 4x4, red cab long box, automatic.
i want to get more low end power out of it.
i have a K and N air filter, 3 inch exhaust, and 8.5mm plug wires.
what else can i do to it that isnt gonna cost an arm and a leg??
the next thing i will be doing to it is some longtube headers and change my exhaust to dual 2 1/4" with magnaflow mufflers.

A 351 swap will definately do it. You may even find someone who wants the 302 to save $$$
