electrical short or computer problem?

My wife just arrived home saying the heater blower fan will not turn off. And true..when the key is turned off, the blower still operates.when you turn it off, you can still hear a low sound that it is still powered. the only way to kill it is to turn the key to the starting position.without starting the engine, then off and the noise stops. also i noticed that after the series of key on beeps..there was a long tone..but after 6 tries..the tone no longer sounds. one more thing? i noticed that when you remove the key, and remain in the X, the door controls stay lit until you open the door , then they turn off..any ideas? thanx

also i do have an alarm.but it seems to funtion normally..and it does sense the voltage of the blower.
