Thanks xplict for telling EVERYONE in the world about this story. It is sort of cold outside in the dog house i will be sure to throw a blanket out there for you.
I was pretty excited to drive home my new truck from the dealership and it happened to be a really cold snowy day. I was following xplict in his truck.
We were going down a quiet road and we were almost home and xplict starts swerving all over the road for fun because it was nice and slippery. I started to do the same but mine went a little bit differently.
A few 360 's later I was inches away from the telephone post facing the other direction dialing up CAA because my tire fell off my rim and went flat.
He He He, yeah it was scary at first, but with everyone being safe and sound turned out to be pretty amusing
She slid sideways into the curb and the tire stoped there and the truck kept going, broke the beak on one side of the tire. Easy CAA fix, just pulled the tire and rim off the truck layed it down and filled it back up, and Good To Go !
She has since spent many many hours learning how to DRIVE her Ford
-32, -43 with the wind... wish i could stay home......
Took me two hours to clean out the driveway and it was filling up almost as fast as I was blowing it out so I stayed home. Rangerchick, you gotta love a story with a happy ending.
took me 2 hours with the shovel then another hour and a half with the quad... just nuts... i ended up working the afternoon, but it wasn't pleasant for me or the truck.

opps....
At least you didnt hit the pole! There is only one way to learn --> play (but sometimes if you play, you pay).
I have a niece thats in driver's ed class. When she comes with me to do some driving she has to do a few things -- a few WOT runs with the dually w/ programmer to just feel the torque break the tires loose in a 2-3 gear change!
A few doughnuts!!!
Some wild swerving - either mud or snow whichever is in season!
On a down side, she prefers her Dad's Duramax over the Superduty!
However, she wants a little 4x4 truck for her first vehicle!!!!!
