U-joints
Are there the same sized U-joints around the whole truck ( 1991 7,3 4WD)?
It also seems to be a lot of different sizes. How do I find wich one is the right.
The front axle is a dana 50.

It all dependends on what type of dirve shaft you have. My 2wd rear shaft is a two peice with 3 u-joints. On this unit the front and rear joints are the same with the center one being a different style. If they are a press fit joint they will be a different part# than a press and u-bolt style. Schucks website is pretty easy to navigate and spells out just which area the u-joint is for.

Also the yoke at the back is different on mine than the book calls for. Best bet is to actually measure the overall dimensions both directions, as well as the size of the end caps. My rear u -joint has smaller diameter caps on the diff. yoke, the joint behind the transfer case has both the same.
