This is the third time somebody else has hit this van. We were parked on a side street at a fund raiser (cancer victim) for 45 minutes and somebody hit the left front corner and drove off. Broke the bumper cover, turn signal lens, headlight trim and bent front corner of the fender. Much to my surprise I can get front bumper cover and turn signal/parking lens assembly. I also need the trim around the headlight and turn signal. Rockauto has a "headlight door" is that the same thing? I couldn't find "headlight trim". Probably some stuff broken that I didn't see yet.
The van is a 1991 AWD. I had a little luck in that the pieces of headlight trim were still laying on or in the bumper. I'm trying to glue the pieces(with reinforcement) together for now. I was able to straighten the fender somewhat with just gloves. Just trying to patch it up until warmer weather and more time/ambition.
I've seen aftermarket fenders on eBay for somewhere around $29.00. NAPA stores that sell autobody supplies and paint can custom mix your color in a 16 oz spray can. I painted my daughter's Ranger fender and was really surprised how well it matched and the quality of the overall appearance. (This was a dark green, metallic, paint which is one of the more difficult matches, so don't let someone tell you it can't be done.)
