Update: GPR straightwire...
Engine started 9 times under 27 degrees and starts immediately with heat applied when 8-15 degrees.Would take me 4-6 turnovers of 20 seconds each before I had it wired and switch installed. Thanks again to all who helped,this is a great bunch of troubleshooters.
