Curious

Where did this thread go all of a sudden, can anyone access it? It says I do not have permission after having kept track of it all morning.

Club FTE? Sure it is disgusting, but was I banned from it because I pointed out that fact. Who gets into Club?

Oh well, the fact I'm not a supporter makes me very unhappy. There is a plain and simple reason for it. I am living the worse hand to mouth exsistence of anyone you have ever heard of. I flat out can't afford it, no matter how inexpensive it may seem to all you.

Sorry to hear that.
I know that you are of retirement age, but is there some gainful employment that you can do to take some of the pressure off?

Pretty much crippled up, but I do make a few extra bucks in good weather building decks, but pretty much all I can contribute anymore is knowledge and a great tool collection. Next ss check I am going to squeeze the 20 bucks out to be a supporter. Barry's little message makes me feel guilty as hell. Did something I say in that restaurant thread get me in trouble?

I read it, I saw nothing but common sense from you, I'm nobody here, but I don't think you got in any trouble. I'm sure you would've heard directly if you did, that's how most forums work.

No, not at all.
Most people are saying stuff like I did to the original poster: "I hope you learned something today!"

The original poster did not really upset me to the point that the 5th did. Encouraging high speed chase's. Holy cow. The cops jobs are hard enough as it is. They never get away and all to many times some innocent woman and her children are killed as a result of it. Plus a stunt like that in one of these SD trucks can do a lot of damage to a lot of things and people.

I know the feeling well, have been on SS disability for almost ten years
I use to be able to do a little work for extra money, but that seems to have dried up and what little I do anymore turns out to be charity,so have about decided with my age and health to have a big tool and equipment sale this spring
I have a two car garage and two 16 ft trailers absolutly full of mechanic tools, woodworking tools and welding equipment along with a small bachoe/loader and trailer so maybe some DIYers can come by and leave happy

Well thanx for that, and maybe after the first of the month I can join the club and view this controversial thread that will most likely have been long forgotten by then.
