If you you are changing the bumper, no. But if you you are keeping the old bumper, yes.
I bought mine already trimmed for $200. It was an easy choice, since a new one from ford is $180.

Another question. I looked at the back of the headlight assembly. A couple things I noticed.
1. Is there a lock ring that holds the headlight bulb in place or does it just twist in. It says that the plastic bulb holder does not come with the assembly. Is it available separately?
2. I seem to see that there are 2 screws that hold the lower set of lenses in place. This is the lens assembly below the headlight bulb. Is that removed for some reason when I bought it off ebay? It doesn't seem to hook to anything in the header. Is that replaceable?

1. The H13 bulb just twists in.
2. Do you have a pic of what you are talking about?
Is it the screws that hold the housing to the header panel? If so, you reuse the ones that held your old corners to the old header panel.
