just wondering

has any one removed cat. does it change any thing when removed if so what I'm going to change out the stock pipe & muffler

yes i took my cat off and expect some goooooood sound out of it. right now i have it as just a down pipe but i have on order the cat delete pipe along withthe muffler delete pipe so it will be straight piped but still come out of the tail pipe

o3 6.0 just don't want to lose fuel mileage

All that it really is going to do for you is better sound(or just a loud racket depending on how you like it) and lower egt's. Other then that, it shouldn't do anything.

I have MBRP 4 in. turbo back with cat delete installed with muffler and I am noticing 1.5 mpg gain (hand calculated) so i don't think you will have an issue with losing fuel mileage. I am also going to install muffler delete in next few days.
