Hmm I was gitting excited to get a DPF delete...... So who or what will have something out next??
Also curious about these guys that have them removed and need to go in for a warrenty reapari or service. Are you swapping everything back or are you hoping they don't look down there??
I was thinking a guy could either gut out a old DPF (which wouldn't be cheap) or try to make something that looked similar so they would notice from far away??

So i have some dyno number's, special thanks to sin city performance in Henderson NV for the dyno time.
Stock 6.4 with CAT and DPF (runs 1 thru 5)
281 HP 496 TQ
6.4 with spartan tune's with CAT and DPF (runs 6 thru 9)
360 HP 634 TQ
6.4 with same spartan tune with CAT and without DPF (runs 10 thru 12)
412 HP 731 TQ
Look how much the DPF holds the 6.4 back, let along the milage increase i have seen.

I'm going to make a bold statement- coming from myself (not a fan of bold statements) you can take it for what its worth.
The 6.4 Powerstroke is and has been the only light duty diesel engine that will give the Cummins serious competition, and it will do so in the very near future. I can't disclose any of the info of which I base this on, but the time is near

It will be fun to see how well these motors do, even at the Dyno, the guys running the shop said they were amazed how well the 6.4 did, in the fact that it did'nt seem to strugle at all. I have to agree, seems like these motors are realy gonna shine.
Matt, how tough is it to do the egr delete on these?
Do you do a complete delete and remove and block off the EGR or just shut it down thru tunning?
Does removing the EGR have the same effects on the Milage similar to the 6.0?
What kind of power gains do see with it gone?
