setting up a 460
Hey all you Ford Truck fans, i need some advice. I want to build my truck motor up so it runs like a RAPED APE!!!!!!
I recently bought a 1978 F250 4x4. It has a 1970 460 block with 1971 heads (both from a Lincoln car), bored over to about a 477. I have a pair of L&L performance headers on Dual flowmasters on 3" exhaust. I am not sure what carb it has on it, but it is the performance series, and a Edlebrock performance intake manifold. It has a 4 speed manual tranny. Detroit Lockers front and rear.
I was thinking about putting a NOS system or putting a SuperCharger on it.
Can you give me some pointers?????
