cold starting issues

This sounds like the same problem I'm having with a '96 F-250 351 5-speed. When it's cold it has to crank a while. This just started about three weeks ago. It's never failed to start but has me worried. Warm is fine. Is this IAC valve in the same location on the 351? My dealer replaced the fuel pressure regulator and I've put in new spark plugs. Neither helped. Got 205,000 on this baby, bought it new and still love it!
