Remote Start....
Im thinking about hooking up a remote start system to my truck that I bought and used on my '94 F-150.
I know how to hook it up and have all the wiring and parts and everything.. but will it work? My old truck never had the security chip in the key and this 2004 truck does.. will that affect it?

yes, it will work... but you will need a PATS bypass module... there are several available... .some require its own programmed key, and others dont need a key but actually get programmed like a spare key. other than that, you should be good to go.
