Dumb Question?

I just bought Superchips Tuner for my 2003 HD 150. I was reading the directions and it says that you need to disconnect the "Fuel System" before loading any programs. It says to pull the fuse for the fuel system. I am assuming they are referring to the "Fuel Pump" fuse. Am I correct or do I need to pull another fuse.

Thanks for any help. Just don't want to blow my truck up.

Thanks

I've never once removed that fuse. I wouldn't worry about it. And yes, they are referring to the one for the pumps.

Same here.

That being said, the reason you wanna pull the fuse is to eliminate any possible voltage drop while installing the tune into your PCM. If your battery is strong though, you shouldn't have to worry.
