Working on a project w/ him and talk to him every couple of days. Best I can recall, as far as tunes I think he's been "caught up" once or twice since Christmas but may be wrong.
Realizing he is usually busier than the proverbial "one-legged-man" I'd still shoot him a follow-up email or call.
I talked to him saturday night around 8 and he was working on a motor. He must be real busy, I sent him an e mail around Christmas and no response. Had trouble with my X3 though and he helped me out, then called back an hour later to make sure I was good. Great customer service.
Evan will be returning to tuning duty this week; so with two of us working on them relieving the backup will come much easier. I have odds and ends as far back as 12/10 at this point. We've got a ton of new 6.4 products ready for release (and have been patiently waiting to do so), but I don't see it feasible until I have another person on duty...
