Here's a link for servicing the IPR. I have not done it so cannot answer any questions about procedure, but maybe someone else has and will chime in.

its tight but its easy. you have to build a socket. i think its a 1-1/8" socket then weld s flat handle onto it and you can get in there. check that socket spec though, i think i remember it being around a 1-1/8 but i am not positive.
