pulling codes

my 02 expy was shaking and making noise,the check engine light comes on . i pulled the code p0307 misfire. i changed the plug and coil on a plug.still the same and no pickup when driving.

im assuming you replaced the right plug a tech told me the numbers go like so

2 6
1 5
grill

also, could be a bad injector

Could also be a wiring harness fault or a mechanical fault (valve, etc..).
