Another question, the accessory drive pulley

What is the proper name for the pulley that you find behind the radiator fan? Is this the accessory drive pulley or the crankshaft vibration damper? How does one go about removing this pulley?

If its right behind the fan its the water pump pulley if its behind the fan but below the fan and low on the engine its the crank pulley Eric
