Looks to me to be a Dodge Truck in the 1920s. Could be wrong but the Fender stamping resembles that of a Dodge.
I also think that they were an all steel body, with Factory Juice Brakes. If it is that make believe it or not the Master & wheel Cyls asre still available for them.
They were at least 3 years ago from Napa, same units still used in Yale Lift Trucks.
Its a good solid looking old Truck.
I'm no expert by any means on Dodge trucks but after looking at pictures of different dodge trucks on line it could be a 1930 model. Check this picture http://www.autogallery.org.ru/k/d/30...t1left_HMN.jpg it looks like it has those extensions sticking out of the wheel hubs.
