Removal Of Broken Gp Controller
Friend Had Gp Controller Replaced Last Winter When He Used My Truck ..and They Installed A Cheap
Controller From A Parts House ...well,that One Puked And It Is Siezed Up And Broke When I Tried To Remove It...theres Just 4 Threads Or So And A Small Chunk Of The Controller Body Left In The Hole
Luckily,it Is Not Leaking .. The Only Fix I Can Think Of Is Drill Out To The Threads And Use A Shop Vac To Suck Up The Aluminum As I Drill And Then I May Be Able To Remove The Aluminum Threads That Are Left With A Small Punch... Then Drain All Anti Freeze To Hopefully Get Out Any Aluminum Particles That Have Fallen In .. Anyone Have Any Better Idea To Remove. Thanx

You might want to try an inside pipe wrench?
