gear ratio
I have a 2001 4.2 v6 auto supercab. Where can I find out what my rear gear ration is? I am trying to determine my towing capacity.

There is an axle code on your door tag. It will be something like 18, 19, or H9. Then click here for a decoder for the door tag. Good luck!

Its fairly easy at the top go under articles specs go vin decoder gives your gear ratios there i believe...
