Blower pb
Assuming that you have only a single blower (no auxiliary heater), the Aerostar's blower has power supplied to it via the Ign. switch, then a fuse, then the mode control switch ("OFF", "Flr", "Mix", etc.). Then power travels to the blower motor via the Dark Blue/Light Green wire.
So, first check to see if voltage present at the blower motor connector under the hood, with the key in ACC or ON.
If voltage is present at the blower, you can ground the Orange/Black wire at the blower to test the blower.
If the blower checks OK, suspect the blower switch itself, or the blower motor resistor, both of which are on the ground side of the blower circuit. If no blower operation with switch on HIGH, I would not look at the resistor until last. Check for proper ground of the blower switch.
But check the blower motor first, as it's the most likely culprit. If it goes open inside, you will never see voltage at the blower switch.
Hope this helps.
