Ok.
I think I have a very rare song and its bugging me that I can't figure out who sings it. Can't remember where I got it and have tried a number of searches but have come up empty.
I have had the song for a few years now so its not too recent.
Its a girl singing a cover of Metallica's song Fuel.
OoO I thought when he asked for music gu-ru's he was asking for people that had respect for legends and the people who influenced thousands of other bands.
You'd just rather listen to somebody else sing thier song.
makes sense.
Totally lost me with your post. i don't like metallica or any of their so called songs. Personally I think they are about the most over rated, blind luck bunch of morons I have ever seen. They just fall in with the rest of the big hair low talent bands
special ed may not be the most noted band nor the most popular band but it takes talent to do what they do. and I do happen to like all aspects of music and just not limited to one genre. I have music spaning from classical all the way to hip hop.

also just noticed this comes from a guy who listens to a band call special ed and the shortbus.
hahaa
So what does that supposed to mean. I would love to hear your logic behind it and how my preference for a particular band links to the weight of my opinion.

uhhh... you would love to hear my logic behind it? Look at the name of the band, it's just funny.
man, it's a joke not a personal attack.
would you ask the lead singer of that band to do your taxes? kinda like i wouldn't take music advise from somebody who listens to that band. IT'S FUNNY
as for the other post... we were talking about avril singing a metallica song. so when you siad you wouldn't listen to metallica, I said but you'd listen to someone else sing thier songs?
you said you like all aspects of music - as do I
I give metallica credit for being innovative and lasting as long as they have. Starting out in the 80's and riding it out when most bands failed. Adapting (selling out to most) has kept them in the game for almost 30 years.

i don't call that blind luck
sorry man I just have better things in my life to consume myself with than the life and times of metallica and how they are persieved to have changed the lives of millions
