Well the title pretty much says it all here is a pic of the broken part I found.
And my question is there a bottle of special glue that you use to fix this,

nope JB weld isn't electrically conductive, but this stuff might work...

Check out this stuff. Will it work? Its a Motorcraft product so you can more than likely get it at the dealership.
