Good morning every one. What a fabulous day yesterday was huh? Had a BBQ and a few friends came over. Havent enjoyed my self that much in along time.
Happy mothers day BTW. It is looking like it is going to be another nice day. I am heading out to the race track for the mothers day nationals. I am sad to say the wife doesnt want to race today. Remember I will update each run via my twitter page. Link is at the bottm of the page. I am hoping to break into the 15's today. EVERONE HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent!!! I went out to brunch with my hubby, BB and my Mom. Then a five-mile bike ride, in the sun, for dessert!! It was a good day!!
