Fuel Injectors
Im going to bring my 2000 Expy in for spark plugs, fuel filter change, coolent change, should I have the injectors cleaned?
Also how about a front end alignment?

If it's running fine I wouldn't mess with the injectors, if anything add a can of Sea Foam to your gas the next time you fill up. I do this about once every 6 months to mine to help keep the injectors clean.

As far as the alignment, I'd say if it goes down the road stright (i.e. doesn't pull to the left or right) and your steering wheel is centered when going stright and your tires a wearing evenly, I don't think I'd worry about that either. Like they say, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
