Wheels And Tires
I have a 1995 F150 4.9 5spd 4x4. I'm fixing it up a bit. Its a good truck with 111000 miles. The truck came with 15x10 bullet hole wheels and 265/75/15 tires. the tires are too small for the wheels and the wheels are too big for the truck. By the way the truck is not lifted and I am not planning on a lift kit.
My question is, will 15x 8 wheels and 31/10.5/15 tires fit the truck?
Will they rub?

I know if you put a 31x10.5 on that 15x10 the tire wont fill the wheel out. Are the 31's a AT/MT tire. If there just street tires, id throw a set of 295/50/15's on. Nice and wide, and will fill the 15x10 out. I think thats the size. I have to ck with my friend, he has a set on his VW Dune Buggy, nice and wide and still have some hight to the sidewall.

Running 31 10.50 15 tires on 15x8 is a fairly common setup. Especially on 4wd trucks. It will work on 2wd trucks. The only rubbing that might occur is on the radius arm. I have seen this quite often with stock wheels and 31 or bigger tires. This has to do with the offset. If you want more aggressive looking tires that are not the factory style pizza cutters then the setup your asking about will be a good choice.
