cab lights....
I have an 87 f250 and I want to put cab lights on it. I was wondering where to buy them and how difficult it is to install them. I saw some at oreilly auto parts the other day I was wondering if these would werk or if I could get some like the real ones ford put on the trucks. Thanks alot for the help.

If you go to ebay you can search for the Ford cab lights. You will have to drill holes for the wires and the screws to hold them down, then you have to pull the wires in the cab down to the fuse block. I got a lund vent visor with the lights, as I wanted cab lights also. Too much work for me, and I got a good deal on the visor.

I vote for the real ones that you put on the cab. May be a little harder up front, but the extra time running the wires is good for brainstorming what else you can do while you're there. If you think you might install a light bar down the road, it's a good time to run the wire and leave a bundle that you can reach by taking out the bed light. Top left corner of this site used to advertise cab lights, haven't noticed them in a while. Whatever you install, make sure you seal them good.

is this like what you are talking about on ebay? How is the price on them, I have no clue? I think they look good, yall let me know- how bad is the install, do you just wire them all together, and then run them to the wires for the headlights???
