Got mine running also. did a cab swap and had to make a points wiring harness work a dura spark sys. which wasn't to bad, But i think i got a burnt valve again. does anyone else have a problem with cracking the left manifold or is it just my luck?? also i always seem to burn a valve after i find a busted manifold.

Ooo, the smell of 110 oct. fuel !!! I love it. I just used the 110 to break it in on, and will be feeding it a steady diet of 92-93 octane once I start driving it. Yeah, it really rumbles with the exhaust I have on it. The turndowns end about 6" behind the cab. The best thing about this system, it cost less than $100 complete. Well, except the headers which were $200. Rabidranger, I think it is a vacuum canister. For what, I don't know.

I believe it is for the a/c and heater control.

Glad to hear you got you motor going.

I will be firing up my open header 466 tomorrow.

I would prefer to have mufflers, at least till I make sure it isn't making any weird noise. But I know it will sound good. I would have started it tonight, but i don't think my neighbors would have liked that.

Can't wait till morning

It's a Vacuum reservoir polished up instead of painted black
You could always record a short movie with a digital video camera like I did.
Have you heard my truck open up on the highway yet?
There are 5 shorts on my website uploaded In Zip files.
