Do you need a note faxed?

Tom is capable of interaction with normal people...He may require many pills, but is basically harmless.

If there are any concerns, please contact Placermike...Room 222, Bellevue,WA

We actually counted to 100. All Beer bottle caps. I don't think Jerry would want to go to Sequim. He's still out for another month. He also needs a doc's note.
