Navigation Location Off
I apologize if this is the 50th time someone has posted this question. I tried a search first, and didn't come up with anything.
Anyway, I have an '06 Expedition with the factory CD based navvigation. Other than it being pretty bottom of the barrel tech wise, I've not had any problems...until recently.
A day or two ago, I noticed I had the correct East/West position, but was off several streets North/South. Since then, I have continued to monitor it, and every once in a while it is right on, but most of the time now it is only correct in one direction (N/S or E/W).
Thoughts?

Update...in case there's anyone who can help.
It appears the nav error is due to reading "slow". In effect, it tracks slower than I'm actually travelling, and falls behind. Also, it seems to correct itself after a turn. So if I'm travellig North, and the indicated position is too far South, a few blocks after I turn East, the N/S position corrects itself, and the E/W position begins to fall behind.
