yup, going to the bowling alley tonight with some friends a stop light turned red, i was in far right lane, lady was beside me in a expedition she bought today. car in front of her stops, she mashes brakes, cuts over on me, knocks me up and over a curb and into an intersection. my bumper, at least 2 $235 rims, my front end is all frigged up, because the curb she knocked me over, and my fender, hood, mirror, maybe my door, and my bed side are all messed up. i'm gonna fight it for a whole paint job and cowl induction hood. i can get cowl inductions for $350. let you know more in a bit.
i hate morons that wreck other peoples stuff like that, im sure she dont give a damn about hers breing new she can replace it easily with the same exact thing.. butyou put work im sure in to your truck like many of us on here and you just cant buy it like it was before it was wreck3ed most the time, but somtimes it does pay off and you can get more custom parts then you had before... just watch the crappy repaint jobs.. i had a bad experiance with that in arizona.. paint fell off a year later..
ya, i'm articular. i just got back from the ER, bruised bone in arm. it started hurting. doctor ther is haviing a specialist look at it tommorrow, they think it may be fractured... for now i have a splint and pain pills
i talked to two expert frame guys this morning, both said since my 4x4 system took a hard lick it may be totalled. geez, i love this truck but i'd rather have a new good one than one thats been messed up and fixed back i think. i hate to say it, but i'd probably go with a 99.5-up, cause of intercooler, turbo, ect.
my pass. dorr is outta line, bed is 1/2 inch out farther at the top than bottom on drivers side, cab sets lower than bed, hodd creased, fender ruined, bumper bad, of course my rims, at least 2 tires, twin i-beams are bent, steering box messed up and leaking, tie-rod ends are screwed up, front spring bumpers to keep axle from moving too much up are outta line on both sides, its all frigged up. i wanna cry.
