harmonic balancer

does anybody know the tourqe setting for a harmonic balancer on a 351W

I think around 105 Ft. lbs. but that is guessing. I put a little thread lock on my bolt because I could not figure out how to hold the crank and tightened until the crankshaft turned. Have you checked Haynes?
