What is the highest flowing 2bbl carb that ford used that will fit on a 429 manifold? It would be very helpfull if you could give me the entire model series number. Thanks
the highest flowing 2 barrel i know of still isnt as big as a small 4 barrel(around 500 cfm). in my opinion you should just convert to 4 barrel. just my two cents though.
Holley makes a manual choke 500 cfm 2bbl. It is used by many roundy round racers that have to run 2bbls. They are designed like the front 1/2 of a regular Holley 4bbl. Would probably alot cheaper than a intake and carb. It would be good for a stock engine that isn't going to be turning much over 4000rpm.
