They will fit without a problem I believe. Are they an exact match, not necessarily. With the larger tow mirrors, you have heat, power, signal indicators, some fold back, some fold both forward and back (I think), some are telescopic manually, some powered telescopic, and some are stationary. The small ones have a bunch of options too. That being said, all the super duty mirrors 99-07 should be interchangable as far as fitting them on the truck itself. Someone, correct me if I am wrong!

If they are the extendable tow mirrors, from 99-07 they are the same as far as fitting. In 03 with the 6.0L, you got the turn signals and i think heated mirrors came in this year i think not to sure on that one. They will fit
